This website is owned and operated by Anny Hsieh Jewellery, an independent jewellery business based in Bristol, United Kingdom.

All jewellery is designed and handcrafted by Anny Hsieh.

Every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate.

• As each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur in colour, texture and finish.

• Gemstones are natural materials and may contain small inclusions or variations – these are part of their unique character.

• Measurements and weights are approximate.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect exact scale or colour on different screens.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

Prices may change at any time without notice. The price at the time of placing your order is the price you will be charged.

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided once your order has been received.

Bespoke, personalised or made-to-order jewellery is created specifically for you.

• Custom orders require full or partial payment in advance.

• Lead times will be confirmed before work begins.

• Bespoke or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty.

Design details will be agreed in writing before production.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.  

• Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product page.

• Made-to-order pieces will be completed within the agreed lead time.

Anny Hsieh Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or events outside our control.  For detail delivery time, please read our guide.

Risk passes to the customer once the item has been delivered.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase:

• You may return unworn, non-personalised items within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

• Items must be in original condition and packaging.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been safely received and inspected.

Exceptions:
Custom-made, personalised or resized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

If your jewellery arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

​

Customers are responsible for ordering the correct ring size.

Please use the Ring Size Guide provided on the website. Resizing services may be available for certain designs and may incur an additional fee.

Some designs cannot be resized due to their structure.

Jewellery is delicate and should be treated with care, please read our guide for more details.

Repairs due to normal wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse may be chargeable. Please get in touch for an assessment.

All content on this website – including images, designs, text and branding – is the property of Anny Hsieh Jewellery and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

Any personal information collected through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order.

Anny Hsieh Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
