Further Questions?

All jewellery purchased from Anny Hsieh Jewellery is covered by a minimum of 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty craftmanship

  • Structural issues caused during the making process

If a problem arises that falls within this warranty, your jewellery will be repaired free of charge.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches, dents or surface marks

  • Accidental damage

  • Loss or theft

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care

  • Alterations or repairs carried out by another jeweller

  • Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, or improper storage

  • Stones lost due to knocks or everyday wear

Jewellery is delicate by nature, and gentle care is essential to maintain its beauty and longevity.

If your jewellery requires repair after the warranty period, or the issue is not covered by the warranty, I am always happy to help.

Repairs, refurbishments and resizing (where possible) can usually be carried out for a reasonable fee. You will always be given a quote before any work begins.

Bespoke and made-to-order jewellery is also covered by the same 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

However, please note:

  • Design changes requested after completion are not covered

  • Resizing or alterations after purchase may incur a charge

  • Certain designs cannot be resized due to their structure

If you believe your jewellery has developed a fault, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at hello@annyhsiehjewellery.com or fill in our contact form with:

  •    Your order number

  •    A description of the issue

  •    Clear photos and video of the jewellery

2. We will assess the issue and advise on the next steps.

3. If the item needs to be returned for inspection, you will be given instructions on how to send it safely.

Please do not attempt to repair the item yourself or through another jeweller, as this will void the warranty.

To help protect your jewellery, please read our full Jewellery Care Guide

This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and does not affect those rights.

If you have any questions about your jewellery or need advice on care or repairs, please get in touch.
