We aim to prepare and dispatch all stock items within 3 days of receiving the order.

We ship using Royal Mail, you'll have the option of Tracked 48™ or Special Delivery for insured (£750 or higher) next-day delivery.

Resized or altered stock items may require an additional 2–5 days.

For pre-order item, please allow 4-8 weeks.

For bespoke commissions and remodelling, please allow 8–12 weeks.

You will receive tracking information in our dispatch notification email when your order is dispatched.
Free pick up in store
You can collect your order in store from Centre of Bristol for free, simply book an appointment after we have notify you for collection.
Northern Ireland, the EU and EEA
Unfortunately due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) of December 2024, we are unable to accept or fulfil orders from countries within the EU and EEA, as well as Northern Ireland. We will update this page if/when the situation changes and we sincerely apologise for the disruption.
Returns
Customised jewellery, including bespoke and Customisation, is non-refundable. For pre-made or pre-order items, refunds are only available if there is a manufacturing fault.
Unwanted stock items must be returned unworn within 30 days for exchange or credit. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Rings are not returnable once it's been resized and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
