• We ship using Royal Mail, you'll have the option of Tracked 48™ or Special Delivery for insured next-day delivery.

• Resized or altered stock items may require an additional 2–5 days.

• For made-to-order items, please allow 4–6 weeks.

• For bespoke commissions and remodelling, please allow 8–10 weeks.

• You will receive tracking information in our dispatch notification email.
